To open our links in a new tab in Internet Explorer 7

Go to the 'Tools' menu in Internet Explorer 7

Click on 'Internet Options'

In the dialogue box, make sure you are on the 'General' tab and find the 'Tabs' section. Click on 'Settings' here.

In the section 'Where a pop-up is encountered' click the button which says 'always open pop-ups in a new tab'

Click 'OK' to close the box and then click 'OK' again to close the original dialogue box.
